    Quench is a leading provider of on-demand filtered water solutions, committed to reducing single-use plastic water bottles and promoting sustainability. We offer a wide range of products, including bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers.

    As a Field Sales Account Executive with Quench, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expansion in Indianapolis, Indiana. Your mission will be to cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to our valued customers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with Quench customers
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity
  • Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense account reports
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

    Requirements:

  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections
  • Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations
  • Prior field sales experience is a plus
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system

    Highlights:

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Uncapped monthly commissions
  • Remote work option, 3 days out in territory
