Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage research studies, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of research projects, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain complex data processing systems to analyze research data.
  • Collaborate with the research team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior-level research staff.
  • May supervise and lead research teams, including exempt and non-exempt staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or physics.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related field, process, or discipline.
  • Advanced degree and training in a relevant field.
