Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit Growth: Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for the department, working closely with visual merchandisers to maximize selling and implement effective sales strategies.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with the store management team to ensure seamless store operations, adhering to H&M standards and best practices.
- Team Management: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of department team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Ensure that H&M Customer Service standards are consistently delivered, actively coaching and leading by example.
- Loss Prevention: Actively prevent loss and ensure the department follows appropriate safety and security guidelines.
- Experience: 1-2+ years of transferrable experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Salary: $20.92-$23.53 hourly.
