Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant + Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Edgewood Healthcare. As a PCA + CMA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications according to each resident's care plan
  • Assist with personal cares such as dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide kindness and dignity during resident interactions
  • Document cares accurately
  • Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies
Qualifications
  • Medication Aide certification required
  • Prior caregiving experience desired
  • Passion for helping others
  • Willingness to train new employees
  • Desire to continue learning and improving skills
