Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory processes at our Schaumburg, IL location. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the availability of spare parts to meet customer demand and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to optimize parts availability and stock levels, collaborating with the central parts planning team.
  • Propose stock orders based on forecasts and urgent customer needs from the global inventory network.
  • Create and manage yearly inventory budget plans, and track monthly operational inventory targets, implementing corrective measures when needed to control storage costs.
  • Implement pricing policies and analyze price changes to maintain profitability, while processing pricing escalations.
  • Evaluate and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, inventory turnover, and pricing metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical and mathematical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (experience with SAP material planning is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
