Job Summary

The Program Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified homeowner applicants in Hernando County. This role requires direct engagement with businesses, schools, community groups, and churches to promote Habitat for Humanity's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and conduct pre-application appointments to determine income eligibility.
  • Recruit and recommend applicants to the Homeowner Services Committee.
  • Meet with local businesses and groups to encourage support of new home construction and Habitat programs.
  • Engage with the local community to provide volunteers and qualified homeowner applicants.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with applicants and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of two years of previous related experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
