We provide support through various channels, including in-person, telephonic, and email assistance, covering areas such as remote support, desk-side assistance, break/fix solutions, and audio-visual support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address user inquiries and support requests promptly via phone or email.
  • Take ownership of high-impact issues and escalate as necessary until resolution.
  • Deliver application support across diverse operating systems, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook mobile, and MacOS.
  • Provide technical solutions and guidance to users at all levels of the organization.
  • Assemble and install hardware in accordance with lifecycle management protocols.
  • Effectively manage inventory and asset tracking.
  • Collaborate with vendors and assist with various IT support tasks as required.
  • Contribute to project execution and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Document technical support procedures and share knowledge within the team.
  • Be prepared to travel occasionally, including managing travel support and high-risk travel scenarios.
  • Be available for on-call duties and weekend support as necessary.
  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities and proficiency with multimedia platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Experience with aviation support and hangar operations is a plus.

Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, SCCM, macOS, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Jabber, Cisco AnyConnect, Z Scaler, VPN, and Dell/Mac/Apple hardware.
  • Prior experience in Executive IT Support, particularly for C-suite executives and senior management within the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with event support and managing sophisticated home networks.
  • Proactive support experience, utilizing tools such as Splunk and Control Up.
  • Participation in data privacy initiatives, with knowledge of personal information removal from data brokers, dark web monitoring, and password security management.
  • Understanding of satellite communications, Star Link, and configuration of temporary devices.
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
