Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Loomis Americas region. As the Head of Loomis Americas, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across our network of branches, cash management centers, and cash inventory vaults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the P&L of Loomis International (LI) US & LATAM, with locations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Argentina, and Chile.
  • Develop and execute international networking, marketing, and freight forwarding strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents, and partners.
  • Identify new regional opportunities and develop new markets for existing clients and other LI stations.
  • Manage agent networks and optimize service set-ups with existing or new service providers.
  • Perform security audits and implement operational procedures to ensure security compliance.
  • Travel extensively (60-70%) to support business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on international markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
