Job Title: Transaction/Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction/Marketing Manager to join our team at Franklin Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative, research, and analytical functions of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and execution of listing agreements, letters of intent, commission agreements, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Enter all transactions and required documentation into our database and execute appropriate checklists and processes.
  • Monitor commission demand letters and balances for our sales teams and coordinate with legal on past-due commission invoices.
  • Manage the creation and storage of client/deal folders and maintain our company database by adding or verifying contact information and property databases.
  • Perform market research for general information, comps, tenant write-ups, and assist in the creation of demographic maps, aerials, and target area maps using Regis, ESRI, and/or CoStar.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing projects, including direct mailings, eblasts, property signs, and booking property photos/drone videos with vendors.
  • Creates collateral, including property brochures, market surveys, market tours, proposal packages, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure all listings are properly displayed on all necessary websites and/or advertising outlets.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience or a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Professional level proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and internet/application software.
  • High-level data entry skills and intermediate/advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience utilizing a variety of marketing/media communication vehicles and prior experience or coursework in real estate is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
