Lecturer in Biological Sciences

POSITION SUMMARY

The School of Natural Science is inviting applications for a tenure-track Lecturer in Biological Sciences. The selected candidate will engage in teaching, research, and community service within the fields of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver undergraduate courses in Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, including both lectures and laboratory sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to enrich the curriculum.
  • Design and manage service-learning initiatives for students.
  • Actively promote the program within the community and engage in university events.
Qualifications

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

We are looking for educators who are enthusiastic about their disciplines and are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic teaching environment. Candidates must possess an advanced degree in anatomy and physiology or a closely related area, along with demonstrable teaching experience. Preference will be given to applicants with additional graduate coursework in pathology. A strong commitment to teaching excellence, effective small group instruction, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential attributes.
