Job Title: Change Manager

Overview:

Moss Adams is in search of a proactive Change Manager to spearhead the organizational change management initiatives for critical projects within the firm's strategic domains. The successful candidate will have a solid background in change management practices and exceptional communication skills. This position is vital to the Change Management team, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of projects across various departments.

  • Oversee multiple change initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, project teams, and key partners
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to create strategies that enhance project acceptance
  • Execute diagnostic change assessments including stakeholder analysis and impact evaluations
  • Contribute to the formulation of change management strategies and establish success criteria
  • Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize and refine change management approaches
  • Guide project leaders and teams through change processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, change management, or a related discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management within a complex organizational environment
  • Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in presenting ideas effectively
  • Experience engaging with executives and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Professional certifications such as CCMP/PROSCI, PMP, or PHR are preferred
