Midway Ford Miami is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our sales team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming sales calls and scheduling appointments for the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all sales and service inquiries, scheduling appointments and follow-up calls to clients and the sales team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, requiring top-notch customer service skills and heavy phone interaction with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow established scripts.
- Discipline and organization, with fast typing and writing skills.
- Ability to generate appointments and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish via phone and email.
- Team player with a flexible schedule, willing to submit to pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
