Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective.
- Document patient information and nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Currently licensed to practice by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
