RN Unit Per Diem Behavioral Health Crisis Nurse

Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Behavioral Health Crisis Unit, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Current State-issued RN license and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
