Delphi-US is a premier national recruiting firm based in Newport, Rhode Island. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team for a 2-year contract. This position is located within the Pandemic Recovery Office (PRO) and reports directly to the Director of the Pandemic Recovery Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial, key performance indicator, and other data for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) projects. Key responsibilities include setting up financial and key performance indicator reporting in PRO's PowerBI dashboard after a project receives final approval, coordinating with the Division of Information Technology on the verification of data when it is extracted from the Office of Management and Budget's Budget Formulation and Management (BFM) system and/or DoIT's PowerBI portal for data, working with the Grants Management Office (GMO) for the incorporation of projects into the Grants Management System, maintaining various reports, such as the Planned Expenditure Remaining Report, for posting to SharePoint on at least a monthly basis, collecting and cleaning of monthly financial and key performance indicators data for reporting to internal and external constituencies, ensuring the monthly upload of relevant data to Transparency Portal, and supporting the quarterly U.S. Treasury reporting process by working to ensure the accuracy of the data to be reported and the data's proper formatting.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Information or related field or any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experience, minimum 3 years of similar experience as a data manager, skills with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and experience with Power BI for developing dashboards.
