Job Overview

A highly skilled Data Management Specialist is needed to join the Delphi-US team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial data for ARPA projects over a period of 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand accounting structures and project entities.
• Develop and implement financial and key performance indicator reporting in PowerBI dashboards after project approval.
• Coordinate with IT professionals to ensure data accuracy and proper formatting.
• Work closely with Grants Management Office to incorporate projects into Grants Management System.
• Maintain reports, such as Planned Expenditure Remaining Report, for posting to SharePoint.
• Collect and clean monthly financial and key performance indicators data for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Treasury reporting process by ensuring data accuracy and proper formatting.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain dashboard and project performance reporting packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with Power BI for developing dashboards.

Salary Estimate:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year.
