We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Companion Animal Health. Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize service tickets, directing the Service Desk team to fulfill high-priority incidents and requests
- Provide technical support and guidance to Service Desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall system performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our services and support
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Product Suites
- Previous customer service experience, with a focus on technical support
- Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical software and systems
- Microsoft Certification for current base operating systems and/or Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, LAN, WLAN, enterprise printing, and Mobile Device Management
- Familiarity with Apple, Android, and Microsoft Windows Mobile Operating Systems
This role requires good physical health, with the ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods. Lifting up to 50 pounds is also required.
