Position Overview
Responsible for managing inquiries and providing essential information to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome visitors and gather necessary details, informing relevant personnel of their arrival.
2. Coordinate appointments for legal professionals.
3. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
4. Accurately record and relay messages.
5. Maintain a log of all calls that require follow-up.
6. Accept and sign for deliveries, ensuring the addressee is informed upon arrival.
7. Execute various routine administrative tasks.
8. Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
9. Sort, retrieve, and distribute mail.

Qualifications

Education:
