Job Title: Case Manager

At Sapochnick Law Firm, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and draft legal briefs, support letters, and other documents for family-based immigration cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. immigration laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
  • Review and analyze client documents, assemble cases for filing, and prepare exhibits.
  • Research unique legal issues and identify applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure they understand the strategy and steps of the process.
  • Identify and report any issues that may delay the petition to attorneys and senior legal professionals.
  • Review documentation provided by clients and ensure they are informed about any missing documents in advance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong background in legal research and analysis.
  • B.A. Degree in Law, Social Studies, Political Sciences, or English Studies, or closely related field.
  • Previous legal or immigration experience preferred but not required.
  • Extraordinary research and creative writing skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly new applications and work in a team-oriented environment.
