Sales Associate

Friedman's Home Improvement is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and selling products to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell products to meet customer needs, using product knowledge and sales skills to close sales.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
