Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Liaison to join our clinical team at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a therapeutic relationship with patients, providing coordination and feedback to therapists and treatment teams, and conducting service recovery for the adolescent population.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a therapeutic relationship with all patients and provide coordination and feedback to therapists and treatment teams.
  • Conduct service recovery for the adolescent population and increase communication to responsible parties.
  • Assist with scheduling appropriate aftercare appointments for patients' continuity of care.
  • Provide other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience working with adolescent populations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Basic knowledge and experience of mental health and substance abuse issues in a variety of patient populations.
  • Effective time management and ability to work under stress.
