Tex Tech Industries, a leading global developer and manufacturer of engineered materials, is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at our North Monmouth facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and enhance performance for our manufacturing facility through data-driven analysis and process improvements.
- Develop and implement changes in workflows, structures, and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in overall product strategy development and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
- Train, mentor, and guide personnel in new processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Kaizen principles is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Industrial, Technical, Manufacturing, or Mechanical engineering.
- Background in product development and manufacturing process is a plus.
