Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

Tex Tech Industries, a leading developer and manufacturer of engineered materials, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to enhance performance at our North Monmouth facility.
The ideal candidate will assess and monitor current practices, collecting data to develop process improvements and implement changes in workflows and manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include participating in product strategy development, manufacturing coordination, and training personnel in new processes.
A bachelor's degree in engineering and experience with Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology are required.
