Electrical Assembler Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for preparing end items for inspection, including cleaning connectors, installing safety wire, and applying chemicals and adhesives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare end items for inspection by cleaning connectors, installing safety wire, and applying chemicals and adhesives.
  • Measure, mix, and apply various chemicals and adhesives.
  • Utilize hand tools and machines to perform assembly tasks.
  • Assemble electronic units using proper assembly techniques.
  • Perform and train on measurements and using measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret basic assembly instructions, process instructions, and engineering standards.
  • Utilize computer systems for work instructions, labor charging, and standards.
  • Process material requisitions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags with full proficiency.
  • Assist in responding to corrective actions.
  • Check and verify requirements per work instructions.
  • Perform material handling tasks.
  • Recognize and take steps to resolve assembly/work area issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
