About the Role
As a Pediatric Hospitalist in our Newborn Nursery, you will be responsible for providing medical care to newborns and their families. You will work closely with our neonatologists and nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to newborns and their families in the Newborn Nursery
- Collaborate with neonatologists and nurses to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in rounds and provide updates on patient status
- Contribute to the growth and development of our program through quality improvement initiatives and education
Requirements
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Experience in a Newborn Nursery setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
