About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Newborn Nursery Hospitalist Team at Pediatrix Medical Group.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum of a master's degree.
