Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional wound and ostomy care to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote healing, improve quality of life, and coordinate care across settings.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs.
  • Utilize advanced wound treatments, including advanced tissue products, compression wraps, laser scar treatment, specialized dressings, and surgical debridement.
  • Work on a dynamic team that serves patients across multiple services throughout the hospital and/or ambulatory setting.
  • Participate in a strong shared governance structure that ensures every nurse has a voice.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
  • Experience in wound and ostomy care, with a focus on complex wounds, non-healing surgical wounds, pressure injuries, and ulcers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
