About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers. As a key member of our addiction treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive psychological therapy to patients struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients, providing guidance and support to help them overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
  • Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices in addiction treatment.
Requirements
  • CDCA or higher certification or licensure in Ohio.
  • Experience working with patients with addiction and substance abuse issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in case management and substance abuse counseling.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding confidentiality, methadone treatment, and substance abuse counseling certification.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on serving diverse patient populations.
