Position Overview:
Youth Intensive Services is seeking dedicated therapists to contribute to our dynamic and expanding programs.

Job Summary:
This role involves providing intensive clinical support to children and adolescents facing mental health or substance use challenges within our residential facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Offer clinical guidance to the treatment team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling).
  • Possession of Licensure or Provisional Licensure.
Employment Type: Full-time. Clinical supervision for independent licensure, along with internal and external training opportunities, are available. Internships may also be offered.
