TCV Community Services is actively seeking a Full-Time Residential Support Specialist. This role is essential in providing assistance and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities in our residential settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on daily living skills, social interactions, and recreational activities.
- Encourage and facilitate maximum independence and personal choice for individuals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of personalized support plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in our care.
- Assist individuals in engaging in various activities both at home and in the community.
- Administer medications after completing the required certification training.
- Support with cooking, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Monitor and document individuals' behaviors and any changes in their physical condition, utilizing prescribed strategies to provide appropriate assistance.

Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clearances including PA state criminal history, child abuse record, and FBI clearance.
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
