Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Temecula Valley Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing routine and critical respiratory and cardiology diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and critical respiratory and cardiology diagnostic/therapeutic procedures
- Provide patient care and education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct quality control and maintenance of respiratory equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
- Graduate from an AMA/CoARC approved program to train respiratory care practitioners
- Associates degree in Respiratory Care preferred
- Certification by the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practitioner required
- Active Credential as a CRT by the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care)
- RRT Credential
- Current BLS (AHA) required
- NRP Certification (within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS Certification (AHA and within 90 days of hire)
- PALS Certification (within 90 days of hire)
