As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our production processes and overseeing a project portfolio that delivers against strategic site objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers to oversee all production support activities, resolve problems, and implement new processes and products.
- Coach engineers to support new product development and launch new products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/ISO/CE regulations through proper development of validation plans and maintenance of current protocols.
- Manage budgets to achieve desired results and oversee development of training programs and maintenance protocols for processes and equipment.
- Lead staff in career support, training, and performance feedback, and ensure proper application of established company policies.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a technical environment with specific machining or mechanical assembly and automation experience.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or other professional management.
- Understanding of business and the marketplace, with the ability to apply knowledge to advance our organization's goals.
- Ability to make complex decisions, anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
- Collaborative relationship builder with experience in building partnerships and working with others to meet shared objectives.
