Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Engineering and Design-Build Projects in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and quality control.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the permitting, design, and construction phases of water and wastewater treatment facilities in multi-state regulatory environments. This includes developing project technical scopes, budgets, and proposals in coordination with Business Development.
The successful candidate will have experience with Design-Build project delivery methods, quality inspections, and audits of engineering and construction projects. They will also have a strong understanding of critical path scheduling and experience with project management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the permitting, design, and construction phases of water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Develop project technical scopes, budgets, and proposals
- Lead the Design-Build Engineering of projects in all phases
- Determine best design approach for treatment systems
- Lead regulatory engagement for permit applications and approvals
- Develop and/or update project specific audit plans
- Execute QA/QC programs for Engineering and Design-Build Projects
- Regularly interact with field operations and project management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PE license in one or more states strongly preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience using Design-Build project delivery method
- Experience with Quality Inspections / Audits of Engineering and/or Construction Projects
- Experience managing highly technical and fast-paced design projects
