Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Alliance ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one ABA services in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to children under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide behavior coaching and support
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
  • Collect and record data, as well as complete treatment notes, to track progress and inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children with developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
  • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment
