Job Description

**Job Title:** Part-Time Licensed Therapist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team at SPARKS Learning Center. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific measurable goals.
  • Provide direct therapy and case management services to clients and their families.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions for a range of presenting concerns.
  • Develop parent training and family goals, and maintain ongoing parent involvement.
  • Perform autism diagnostic testing and assist clinical psychologists with psychological services, as needed.
  • Coordinate care with other professionals to enhance the quality of services.
  • Conduct local outreach and marketing to build caseload and community awareness.
  • Understand and follow clinical policies and procedures.
  • Complete thorough clinical documentation within established timelines.
  • Communicate professionally with fellow staff, clients, and community members.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere among staff and clients.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with supervisor.
  • Promote improvements to company operations and quality of clinical services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Independent clinical license within assigned region/state (LPC).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • General availability in the afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends, and flexibility to grow a caseload.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders, training and/or experience in performing diagnostic interviews and psychological testing, and existing in-network/credentialed status with major insurance carriers.
