Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions and making recommendations for hotel and ski area services.
  • Assist with reservations and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in hospitality, public relations, or sales and marketing.
  • Hotel or resort experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
