Client Relations Specialist

UniFirst Corporation is on the lookout for a committed Client Relations Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery. At UniFirst, we offer a standard workweek with weekends off, and we provide comprehensive training to support your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries regarding accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email.
- Deliver outstanding service to both clients and UniFirst staff.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including contacting overdue accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account issues through our escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with and support UniFirst's Sales Department with administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic data entry and various administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative environment is preferred.
- Experience in accounts receivable is highly valued.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional phone and email etiquette.
- Essential attributes include being an active listener, responsive, and personable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to solve problems in a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable with basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, carry parcels, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
