About the Role:

The Transportation Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the mission of Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) by providing safe and timely transportation services to clients. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations by providing transportation to treatment facilities.
  • Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to the appropriate destination.
  • Ensure routes are started with proper equipment, tools, and documentation.
  • Follow scheduled routes while allowing for potential stops and various pickups.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
  • Conduct all duties within the limits of the law and best-practice safety procedures.
  • Follow all documentation requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend daily job tasks, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned.
  • Properly care for and maintain company equipment, including vehicles, scanners, and telephones.
  • Communicate any equipment deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations, and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the workday.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete and submit reports.
  • Strong ability to work as a productive member of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Substance abuse experience.
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances.
  • Clean driving record.
