Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee construction projects, collaborating closely with Engineers and Architects.
- Manage developments consisting of 18-80 units, focusing on mid-range finishes and personalized options.
- Employ project management software for effective oversight.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety standards.
- Supervise project staff, including recruitment and, if necessary, termination processes.
- Work with the team to achieve project deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in residential construction, particularly with townhomes.
- A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach.
- Capability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
