Job Title: Termite Technician

At Go-Forth Home Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Termite Technician to join our team. As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining termite bait stations, conducting termite inspections, and completing active termite treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily scheduled stops for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
  • Follow the Go-Forth Training Manual with 100% accuracy, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks of all equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and properly organized.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the vehicle and equipment.
  • Track and schedule maintenance for equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.

Requirements:
  • Live our company values and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of physical outdoor labor experience preferred.
  • Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
  • Must be 21+ years or older.
  • Detail-oriented and able to carry out tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions and access confined spaces, rooftops, and crawl spaces safely.
