Responsibilities

The Senior Estimator will:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate estimates and timely project completion

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Estimator
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction materials, labor costs, and industry pricing trends
