Position Overview:

Compensation:

This role offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a company vehicle, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and a 401k plan with employer matching. Uniforms and a company credit card for business expenses are also provided. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Work Schedule:

As a full-time Appliance Service Technician, your working hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM. We strive to accommodate your location by assigning you to specific geographic areas in the region. You will primarily work in the field, servicing our valued customers, with most parts delivered directly to your location.

Daily Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will involve performing diagnostics and repairs at customer residences or other designated locations. You will utilize your expertise to resolve appliance issues while educating customers on proper usage. Equipped with a company vehicle and an iPad for recording service details, you will also manage inventory effectively to ensure you have the necessary parts available.

Continuous learning is vital in this role, and you will participate in paid training sessions to stay updated on industry advancements. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable service provider.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong technical skills and a proactive attitude
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Experience in managing on-truck inventory
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in appliance repair or an Associate's degree
  • Experience in the appliance service industry
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
