This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. You will also receive company uniforms and a credit card for business expenses. For qualified technicians, partial relocation assistance may be available.

Work Schedule:

As a full-time Appliance Repair Technician, your work hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM. We aim to keep you working in specific geographic areas to enhance convenience. You will primarily operate in the field, attending to customer needs without the necessity of daily office reporting.

Daily Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will involve performing diagnostics and repairs at customer locations. You will utilize your expertise to resolve appliance issues while educating customers on proper usage. Equipped with a company-provided service vehicle and an iPad for documentation, you will manage inventory effectively to ensure you have the necessary parts on hand.

Continuous professional development is key, and you will participate in paid training sessions to stay updated on industry trends. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will distinguish you as a valued technician, contributing to our reputation as a reliable repair service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Proficient in managing on-truck inventory
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in appliance repair or an Associate's degree
  • Experience in the appliance industry
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
