Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to maintenance technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the daily maintenance activities, including scheduling, planning, and execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18 months of practical experience with a Part 121 or Part 145 operation as a Licensed A&P.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
  • Skills: Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with B757 and 767 aircraft.
