Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Trauma Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for an inpatient role. This position is located in a vibrant and picturesque setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take first call to support orthopedic trauma surgeons.
  • Conduct rounds on all hospitalized patients.
  • Prepare patients for timely and appropriate discharge.
  • Occasionally assist surgeons in surgical procedures.
Work Schedule

The work schedule consists of a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation, from Thursday to Wednesday, with extended hours as necessary. The shifts typically begin at 6:30 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000. Additional benefits include:

  • Signing bonus of up to $10,000.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $10,000.
  • CME and licensure allowance of $5,000 per calendar year.
  • Comprehensive malpractice insurance.
  • Attractive benefits package and retention bonus.
