Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team at CHRISTUS St. Vincent. This role will involve assisting orthopedic trauma surgeons, rounding on inpatients, and preparing patients for discharge.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist orthopedic trauma surgeons with surgical cases
  • Round on inpatients and prepare patients for discharge
  • Perform selective medical services under the direction of physicians

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a program for Physician Assistants approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) of the American Medical Association
  • Current licensure and certification required by the State of New Mexico to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • Current DEA License and Current BLS certification required
