About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing shifts, scheduling, and planning. You'll also be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations, ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and performing calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of High-Volume Restaurant Management Experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants.
  • Business Operations and Financials: You'll need to have a solid understanding of business operations and financials, including managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: You'll need to be able to coach, lead, and develop a team of restaurant staff.
  • Technical Skills: You'll need to be proficient in POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
