This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You'll be required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Occasional overtime may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from patients and identify their needs
  • Ask relevant questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer issues
  • Schedule appointments for patients and update demographics

This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in computer navigation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment, using phones and computers as primary job tools
  • Experience with computers and Windows-based applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new systems
  • Ability to type at an average speed of 40+ WPM

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.27 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, and other factors. Our comprehensive benefits package includes incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
