InterVision Systems is in search of a Project Lead who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and will oversee the successful execution of intricate technical projects for our government, commercial, and international clientele.

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher. Preferred fields: computer science, project management, business, or finance.
  • Over 5 years of technical project management experience in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience in managing AWS Cloud and/or Amazon Connect projects.
  • Minimum of 4 years working with business functional teams or relevant experience in information technology and project management.
  • Proficient in applying project management methodologies, with expertise in agile team management and coaching, client relationship management, budget oversight, and contract compliance.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively within a project team environment.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of eliciting cooperation from diverse sources, including management, clients, and various departments.
  • Skilled in holding project team members accountable for timely and accurate completion of project deliverables, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Adept at prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing conflicts among team members.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Must possess the ability to learn, comprehend, and apply new technologies.

  • Strong understanding of accounting or financial processes.
  • Able to manage multiple, complex, and high-profile projects, which may require various resources and functional integration.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
  • AWS Certified Practitioner and other AWS Certifications.

Exciting Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing and managing project development and execution from initiation to closure using InterVision's standard project methodology.
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinating all communications between the client and the InterVision Project Team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clearly articulating expectations to team members.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identifying project success criteria and communicating them to all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzing results, and addressing problem areas.
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths; resolving issues and conflicts within the project team; recognizing project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively managing project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved; proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and formulating contingency plans.
  • Managing incidents and change orders within assigned projects, including necessary escalations to ensure timely completion.
