Essential Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant fields such as computer science, project management, business, or accounting.
- Over 5 years of experience in technical project management within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Proven experience managing AWS Cloud and/or Amazon Connect projects.
- Minimum of 4 years working with business functional teams or relevant experience in information technology and project management.

- Experience working independently and collaboratively within a project team-oriented environment.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in eliciting cooperation from various stakeholders, including management, clients, and other departments.
- Capability to hold project team members accountable for timely and accurate completion of project deliverables, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adept at managing conflicts among team members.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
- AWS Certified Practitioner and other AWS certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee project development and execution from initiation to closure using InterVision's standard project methodology.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate all communications and meetings between the client and the InterVision Project Team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly articulate expectations to team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify project success criteria and communicate them to all stakeholders throughout the project.
- Develop and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and address problem areas.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths; resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved; proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and create contingency plans.
- Manage incidents and change orders within assigned projects, including necessary escalations to ensure timely completion.
